How to submit a support ticket?
  1. To submit support tickets you need to be registered in the support ticket system. To register as a new user navigate to this link Support Registration and follow the registration steps.
  2. If you are already registered in the support ticket system then login with your email and password. Note that your support password may be different from the one set for your ProjectStudio.com account.
  3. After login click the [Add New] button and fill out the support form. Then post the ticket. You can always review status, post additional comments and change the importance flag of the ticket.
How to check the status of a submitted support ticket?
  1. To check the status of one or more of your support tickets you have to login to the support ticket system via the link located on the support page Support Ticket System.
  2. After successful login you will see all active support tickets that you have submitted.
  3. Open a ticket to view all comments and currents status.
  4. When a support case is resolved or no longer valid you can close the related support ticket by clicking [Close Ticket]. Later you can preview and reopen closed tickets if needed.
  5. To stay updated with the latest changes to your support ticket you can check the Notification option. Each time there is a new change in the selected support ticket you will receive an email notification with the latest changes and a link for quick preview of the ticket.
  6. Urgent support cases can be escalated by checking the importance flag of the support ticket. High importance tickets will be treated with priority but use the flag only when necessary.

How to reassign all tasks from one user to another?
  1. Search all items that are assigned to the first user.
  2. Use the Global Set function to assign them to the second user.
What happens with all assigned tasks if I delete a user or a team?

When a user or a team is deleted you will be prompted to reassign all tasks that belong to that user or team.

What happens to all project tasks if I delete a project?

When a project is deleted you will be prompted to move all tasks to another project or to delete them.
